Breakfast #1	Two eggs, sausage patties, ham or bacon, hashbrowns, breakfast potatoes or oatmeal, toast or biscuit
Breakfast #2	Two eggs, sausage patties, ham or bacon & two fluffy pancakes served with maple syrup.
Breakfast #3	Two eggs, corned beef hash, hash browns, breakfast potatoes or oatmeal, toast or biscuit.
French Toast	Three slices of our Texas  style french toast served with seasonal fruit and sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with maple syrup.
Pancakes	Three fluffy pancakes served with maple syrup.
Specialty ancakes	Three fluffy pancakes with blueberries, strawberries or chocolate chips.
Yogurt Parfait	Layers of yogurt, seasonal fresh fruit and crisp garanola.
Oatmeal	Made to order, served with butter, raisins and brown sugar. Select either a small bowl or large bowl.
Nova Salmon Platter	Nova salmon served with a toasted bagel, cream cheese, tomatoes, onions and capers on bed of greens.
Note that we reserve the right to NOT serve breakfast at busy times due to the fact that our kitchen is NOT equipped to handle both menus during busy times.
